1) Write goal down

2) Set a Deadline for Achievement

3) Write down the obstacles to overcome to accomplish it.

4) Write down the people, groups, and Organizations you need to work with.

5) Write down the skills and knowledge required to accomplish the goal.

6)  Create a Plan of Action, Daily, weekly, monthly timeframes.

7)  List down the benefits of reaching the goal.
